In 2000, Shamrock established the Community Involvement Committee to put a formal system in place to guide, organize and track these charitable efforts. Created by CEO, Bob Troop, and EVP, Dale Masino, the Committee helps to implement, recognize and incorporate this charitable involvement into Shamrock’s core culture.
Since its inception, the Committee has helped the Shamrock family raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for education, humanitarian efforts, disease research funding, community needs, and emergency response efforts—the list goes on. Today, the Committee continues to drive what has grown to be a nationwide effort, keeping us active in our own communities and beyond, while touching the lives of so many in need.
