Executive Team

After 12 years as a successful salesman with Moore Business Forms, Bob joined Shamrock Forms headquartered in Rochester, Michigan, and established a Cleveland division in 1982. In January 1989, Bob purchased the Cleveland division of Shamrock Forms and established Shamrock Graphics, a forms management company and print distributor. The company expanded during the succeeding years and changed its name to The Shamrock Companies, Inc. in January 2001.

In 1987, the Company earned $3 million in revenue with only six employees, working from the Cleveland office. Under Bob’s leadership, Shamrock has enjoyed double-digit growth every year for the past 19 years. Today, Shamrock is a $77 million company with 250+ employees working from 23 office locations across the United States.

As CEO, Bob is the majority shareowner and is active in the day-to-day business. He focuses on the strategic direction and growth of the company. Bob is a graduate of Ashland College and serves on the Board of Directors for Our Lady of the Wayside; is a member of the Business Advisory Council at Ashland University; and sits on the Board of Directors for the Boy Scouts of America.

Tim joined Shamrock in 1993 as an account executive, bringing with him printing sales experience from Wallace Computer Services. A successful sales leader at Shamrock, his 15 year tenure has included the direct development and implementation of new services that have played a key role in Shamrock’s continuing growth.

Identifying a market niche, Tim developed City Solutions: a technology-based municipal tax form delivery system, which served as the genesis for Shamrock’s Business Communications Division. Today, the Business Communication group processes millions of documents each month for clients in a variety of service sectors.

In addition, Tim spearheaded the development and implementation of patient-friendly billing, recovery and return mail systems now used by leading healthcare organizations in Northeast Ohio. These solutions laid the groundwork for a full suite of on-line electronic billing and presentment services that today provide Shamrock clients with greater efficiencies at tremendous cost savings. He is active in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients and vendors; and in formulating and providing successful development and training programs for new associates. Tim is a graduate of John Carroll University.

Gary joined the company in February 2005 as Chief Financial Officer. At Shamrock, Gary is responsible for all Finance and IT functions, and continues to be a major contributor to the ongoing growth of the company.

Prior to working at Shamrock, Gary was Controller of North America Equipment Sales for Philips Medical Systems. During his 12-year career at Philips, he worked extensively on acquisitions, strategic planning, market assessment and operational finance. Gary spent his early career with Price Waterhouse as a Certified Public Accountant working with a broad base of manufacturing and service clients.

Gary earned his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is also a graduate of Cleveland State University where he earned his BBA in accounting.

Dave joined Shamrock in 2002 through the purchase of Versient, and in 2004, he was appointed Executive VP of Operations. Throughout his career with Versient, he has held a number of positions including Plant Manager, Regional Manager and Director of Operations. Before joining Versient, Dave was Operations Manager for Moore Business Forms and started his professional career as a forms sales representative at NCR.

At Shamrock, he is committed to helping the company leverage its competency in warehousing and distribution by growing its nationwide fulfillment business.

Additionally, Dave is charged with driving operational excellence through Shamrock’s service delivery model as well as proliferating The Shamrock System – Shamrock’s corporate culture process. Dave is a graduate of Lynchburg College and earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
