WCCS AwardThe Shamrock Companies’ Doubly Honored For World Class Customer Service

 

Shamrock Companies, Westlake, OH, was among 30 Northeast Ohio organizations to receive Smart Business Magazine’s 2009 World Class Customer Service (WCCS) award. The Company was also honored for “Zero Risk” customer service among an elite 10 organizations recognized for category specific awards. The WCCS Award program serves to raise awareness of the importance of customer service in the business world, recognize organizations that demonstrate exceptional customer service, and share best practices in customer service from those that do it best.

The Shamrock Companies, Westlake, OH, was among 96 Northeast Ohio companies honored with a 2009 Crain’s Leading EDGE Award. In its third year, this prestigious award was created and developed by The Entrepreneurs EDGE to recognize value-creating middle-market companies in the region. Qualifying companies operate within the 17 counties of Northeast Ohio and generate revenues up to $750 million, a portion required to be outside the region. Top companies were identified based on the value that they contribute to the region

Bob TroopBob Troop 2009 Honored by The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

 

Bob Troop, President of The Shamrock Companies, has been selected as the 2009 Honoree by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Bob was recognized at the 11th Annual Dawson Companies Chef’s Fantasy Dinner and Auction on March 25. The event was presented by Robert W. Baird and Co. and The Shamrock Companies.
